When will my items be shipped?Burnt Brilliance creates candles in small batches please up to 5 business days for prepartion and your candles to be shipped. As soon as your candle is shipped you will recieve a tracking number via email. Please note that it takes approximately 24 hours for the post office to update the status of your package once the label is generated. *Please note that your order may expereince shipping delays as a result of the effects of Covid-19 on the postal service.

Where do you ship?We are currently shipping to the United States and territories. We do not currently ship internationally! Coming soon.

My candle arrived damaged what should I do?Please know that we take the utmost care in getting your candle to you in perfect condition. We do understand that ocassionally candles will get damaged or melt during transit. Please contact us at burntbrilliance@gmail.com and we will replace your item immediately.

How can I place a large order for an event or wholesale for my store?We are delighted that you are looking to place a large order please send an email to burntbrilliance@gmail.com and we will reach out to you. You may also complete the 'Contact Us' form and expect an email within 48 hours.
Return & Exchange Policy
Here at Burnt Brilliance we hope that you find our candles are as brilliant as we know they are. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we ask that you please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We can exchange any candles that have not been lit.
